Mr. Kashat is a Director at Angle Advisors and has 8 years of investment banking and consulting experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising initiatives. Mr. Kashat has advised domestic and international corporate clients, private business owners, and private equity clients in a conglomeration of industries including business & financial services, real estate services, healthcare, transportation & logistics, electronics, and industrial manufacturing. Some of Mr. Kashat's notable recent transactions include the sale of Momentum Title Agency to Futura Title & Escrow (a JM Family Enterprises company), Tooling & Equipment International to General Motors (NYSE: GM), Load One to H.I.G. Capital, Walker Die Casting and C&R Tool and Engineering to Allison Transmission (NYSE: ALSN), and Vehicle Safety Holdings to VOXX International (NASDAQ: VOXX). Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Kashat was an Analyst at CIG Capital Advisors, where he focused on buy-side advisory, capital raising initiatives, and strategic planning for healthcare companies and private business owners.
