Mr. Alkhas is a Managing Director at Angle Advisors and has 21 years of investment banking and consulting experience including 9 years as a Managing Director with Angle Advisors. With over 60 completed transactions during his career, Mr. Alkhas has experience in the vehicular, electronics, business services, capital equipment, plastic injection molding, aerospace, metal processing, and industrial manufacturing industries. Mr. Alkhas’ clients have included domestic and international corporate clients, Fortune 500 companies, private business owners, and private equity firms. Mr. Alkhas primarily focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate divestitures, and cross border deals. Mr. Alkhas has significant experience advising on public to private, private to public, and balance sheet restructuring transactions. Some of Mr. Alkhas’ notable recent transactions include the sale of Segue Manufacturing, Norwood Sawmills, LearnDash, Lyle Industries, JBC Technologies, TransNav, Quality Industries, Delphi’s Reception Systems Business, Models & Tools, EASOM, Evana, and Kurz Kasch. Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Alkhas was a Vice President at Lincoln International, where he managed M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Lincoln International, Mr. Alkhas worked for Andrews Advisory Group, a boutique turnaround and restructuring firm focused on advising both debtors and creditors in distressed situations. Prior to joining Andrews Advisory Group, Mr. Alkhas worked in Credit Suisse’s investment banking group, where he held transaction execution roles on mergers, acquisitions, valuations, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, and recapitalizations. Mr. Alkhas holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University. In 2015, Mr. Alkhas (along with Mr. Roesler) was named All Star Investment Banker of the Year by the Detroit Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (“ACG”) for his exceptional advisory work.
