Mr. Lovati is a Vice President at Angle Advisors and has 7 years of investment banking and transaction advisory services experience. He specializes in M&A advisory and his experience includes representing privately held and public companies in domestic and cross-border transactions. Mr. Lovati has transaction experience in a number of industries including industrial manufacturing, metals, engineered materials, building products, distribution, and business services. Prior to joining Angle Advisors, Mr. Lovati worked for Cowen in their M&A group, where he supported the execution of sell-side transactions across various industries. Mr. Lovati began his career in the transaction advisory services group at a national accounting and advisory firm where he assisted on financial due diligence engagements. Mr. Lovati received a B.S. in Finance from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University.
