His background also includes advising both company and creditor clients on corporate restructuring alternatives, debt refinancing, and credit agreement negotiations. His background also includes providing audit and assurance services to various public and private companies in the insurance, financial services, and manufacturing industries. Chris earned an MS in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
