Bio

Chris Noble, CPA, CGMA, is an Accounting and Advisory Partner at Anchin with over 20 years of experience. Chris is the Leader of the Technology Group and Professional Services Group. As the Leader of the Technology Group, Chris provides accounting, business and tax planning services to entrepreneurial, venture capital and private equity-backed businesses ranging from start-ups to growing and established technology companies. In addition to traditional audit and tax services, Chris provides value added services to his clients including M&A and transaction advisory, GAAP assessment and consulting, tax credits and incentives (including the research and development tax credit), and consulting on ultimate exit planning strategies. He also works closely with founders, advising them on tax strategies, complex equity and debt considerations, and succession and estate planning. He is an advisory board member of leading technology organizations, frequently speaking at and hosting industry events, and has been featured in various publications. Chris is consistently named as a top industry leader by respected publications including Long Island Business News – Who’s Who in Accounting for 2021 and Long Island Business News – Power 25 Accountants for 2021 and Crain’s Most Notable Leaders in Accounting for 2022. As a thought leader, Chris’s articles have been featured in several industry publications such as CFO Outlook, Long Island Business News and Crain’s New York. He is an integral member of Anchin’s CARE Committee, which organizes and conducts the Firm’s charity and recreational events. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
