Bio

Ken served as Chairman of Lazard International from 2007 until 2011. Prior to Lazard, he was Chairman of UBS Investment Bank for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also served as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at UBS. He specialises in providing advice to family-controlled companies and has advised a number of Middle Eastern investment companies on acquisitions, with a focus on structuring cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Ken studied Law and Philosophy at Witwatersand University in South Africa and holds a Masters of Law Degree and a Certificate in Theology from Queens’ College, Cambridge.
