Federico is an Associate Partner within Alvarium Merchant Banking, based in the Milan office. Federico is in charge of exploring new business opportunities and executing live transactions in Italy and internationally, focusing on Software, Fintech, Price Comparison and eServices amongst other sectors. Federico has 13 years’ experience in M&A and capital raising within the Media , Digital and Technology industry. Prior to joining Alvarium, Federico was a Director on the UBS EMEA M&A Execution team and an Associate on the Deutsche Bank Corporate Finance team, actively involved in the origination and execution of TMT M&A, debt- and equity-linked transactions in the UK and internationally. Federico is an angel investor and holds a MSc in Finance and a BA in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
