Emily Germond is the Operations Director at Alpina Capital. Since joining in early 2021, Emily oversees day-to-day operations and provides marketing assistance and due diligence to the firm. Emily's background in hospitality, customer service and smallbusiness solutions ensures essential support for our clients. Emily is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Since her time in Colorado she has become an avid snowboarder, hiker and backpacker.
