Ms. McGuire joined Allison-Williams in 1982. After five years in Allison-Williams Company’s institutional trading area, Ms. McGuire moved to the Company’s municipal bond area, where she underwrote and traded municipal bonds through 1990. Subsequent to her municipal bond experience, Ms. McGuire traded non-securitized loans, both mortgage and non-real estate. In addition loan trading, Ms. McGuire now leads the Company’s trading of private placements in the secondary market, arranges financing on commercial real estate and is part of the Company’s sales team for private debt and equity transactions. Ms. McGuire was employed by the securities firm of Piper, Jaffray prior to joining Allison-Williams Company.
