Trent has 20 years' experience managing mergers, acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, restructurings, and strategic reviews. Trent’s experience includes ASX-listed and private company transactions in both Australia and the United States. Prior to joining Allier Capital, Trent served as a private transactions and investments advisor to a number of successful organisations and high net wealth families with particular focus on the online technology, media, healthcare, and real estate sectors. Trent holds a B.Inf.Tech degree with Distinction and University Medal, graduating at the top of his class, from UTS and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business in California, USA.
