Yusuke Aiba Bio

Yusuke’s career has spanned more than 20 years, gaining Yusuke extensive experience in assisting large companies in Japan, the United States, and Asia to resolve their complex challenges such as integration, divestiture, carve-out, and post-deal restructuring. Yusuke's industry experience spans multiple sectors, including private-equity (PE) funds, technology, real estate, hospitality, and retail and consumer. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he held a prominent role at PwC Consulting, where he led the M&A consulting practice in Japan. He carried out numerous restructuring and cost reduction initiatives for global PE clients and facilitated cross-border integration and carve-out projects for corporate clients in Japan and other Asian countries. Yusuke has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Tsukuba and has contributed to numerous seminars and publications on post-merger integration.
