Xing is passionate about shaping the transformation in the Automotive and Industrial Goods industries. With almost 20 years experience in the industry, he provides strategic insights and is an expert in commercial and operational value creation and turnarounds. Xing works as consultant and in interim roles together with senior executives, shareholders and financial stakeholders. Particularly, he worked in both regions Europe/Germany and China and is a go-to-person on issues related to the Chinese Automotive industry. Xing is a thought leader and author on the value chain transformation in e-mobility and the rising Chinese role in this context. In the past years, Xing has a proven track record of successful company turnarounds including e-mobility transformation, operational turnarounds and commercial recoveries. Clients have benefited from his extensive expertise and achievements in performance improvement with immediate financial impact. He has an academic and professional background in both Engineering and Finance and has developed leading skillsets across those two disciplines. He is also a renowned expert for Operational and Technology Due Diligence services. Previously, he was with Porsche and with EY transaction services. Xing has a PhD in production technology from Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology and earned a Master of Science at Warwick Business School.
