Ralph is a Financial Services industry professional with over two decades of experience as executive and C-Suite Advisor. He displays excellent proficiency in critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills in high-potential FinTech and financial services organizations recently incubating and building a RegTech. Ralph has hands-on experience in operational effectiveness and efficiency improvement in banks as well as first-hand corporate experience in large global transformation and change programs. Prior to AlixPartners Ralph worked for The Boston Consulting Group in the Financial Services practice and at UBS where he was a member of the Operating Committee of the Product unit of UBS Wealth Management. Ralph holds a Master of Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH).
