As a Partner at AlixPartners Philipp leads M&A, Transformation, and Value Creation projects for corporates and investors across various sectors in the Middle East. With 17 years of professional experience, he has developed a strong expertise in buy- and sell-side M&A (portfolio review, due diligence, pre/post-merger integration, carve-out/exit/sale) as well as Transformation and Value Creation (EBITDA improvement, SG&A/COGS reduction, corporate transformation, operating models, shared services). Philipp is passionate about delivering results that create real value for my clients and stakeholders. For that, he leads highly qualified teams with unique industry and functional expertise, and they operate at pace, moving quickly from analysis to implementation. Philipp holds an MBA from Technical University of Munich (TUM) and am a Certified Private Equity Analyst (CPEA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
