John is a senior managing director with almost 30 years of corporate restructuring experience. He has led more than 75 restructuring projects in a wide variety of industries: energy, shipping, home building, industrial construction, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and agriculture. John has developed expertise in devising and implementing business turnaround strategies, in formulating debt restructuring plans, and in divesting unprofitable and/or nonstrategic operations and assets. He is especially adept at designing creative solutions to the complex operating and capital structure problems that arise in large restructuring cases.
