He has lived and worked in both North America and Europe and led major engagements in Asia. Eric helps clients deliver measurable profit-and-loss improvement through operational transformation such as cost-out and revenue growth. He is passionate about innovation and product development excellence and helps clients tangibly improve their businesses through faster time to market, improved productivity, operating-expense efficiency, higher-value portfolios, and improved quality. Previously, he was a director at PwC in England in strategy and operations and held multiple engineering positions at Dell, where he was named inventor of year in 2004.
