Dan’s clients benefit from his more than 20 years of private-equity investing and financial advisory expertise in strategic, operational, and cash flow improvements and his ability to navigate complex corporate transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in economics with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Applied Science in systems engineering with a minor in mathematics from Penn's School of Engineering and Applied Science.
