Arnie takes a data-driven approach to solve complex business situations, improve processes, profitability, and execute growth. In the recent past, he led global turnaround and transformations by working closely with C-suite executives in High Tech, Telecom, HealthTech and MedTech companies with demonstrated increase in shareholder value through EBITDA improvement. Arnie regularly works with companies ranging in revenue from ~$1B to >$50B in various scenarios such as M&A, divestiture, PE investments and corporate restructuring.​ Arnie has a PhD in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a GPA of 4.0. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, has more than 30+ publications in international journals and conferences, and holds 61 issued and several pending patents.
