Bio

Stefano is Chair of EMEA and Vice-Chair globally. A talented and highly skilled turnaround expert with more than 30 years of experience, Stefano works with investors, boards, and managements of industrial companies, developing business plans, driving financial and operational turnarounds, and implementing large-scale performance improvement programs. He joined AlixPartners from A.T. Kearney, where he was global leader of the automotive and aerospace practice. Stefano has an MBA from the University of Turin and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and robotics from the University of Florence, both of them with honors. He is a member of the World Economic Forum, the Clinton Global Initiative, Bocconi Advisors, INSOL, and the Society of Automotive Analysts.
