Bio

Eric has more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience in the healthcare, technology, consumer-packaged goods, and food service industries. His efforts focus on operational improvement, large-scale transformation, strategy development, cost optimization and revenue growth. He has worked extensively with private equity firms across all stages of the investment cycle, and formerly co-led the firm’s Private Equity Practice in North America. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Eric has held a variety of corporate strategy and operational management roles. He has an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
