Two decades investment banking and infrastructure investment experience across EMEA and Asia with Lehman and Man Group. Provided M&A, capital markets, buyout, asset transaction, strategic and regulatory advice and worked on landmark cross border utility sector transactions. Key man and a member of the investment committee of the alternative energy funds at Man. Works across the energy transition value chain and has led transactions in the European market representing the interests of large multi-nationals, growth companies and private investors. James is on the board of Ashden, the London-based non-for-profit sustainable energy and development group. Graduated with a BA in Philosophy from London University.
