Lisa Colling Bio

Lisa Colling, Partner and General Counsel. Lisa has over 25 years experience as an international business lawyer. She has acted as legal counsel in connection with numerous transactions in China, including joint ventures, forming Chinese entities, acquisitions, licensing arrangements, employment matters, and intellectual property matters. Lisa has worked extensively with Chinese law firms. Previously, Lisa was a partner at Mayer Brown (formerly Mayer, Brown & Platt) representing many Fortune 500 companies and major financial institutions. Lisa holds a B.A. (class salutatorian, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
