Richard Holden Bio

Richard is a partner at Alantra and has been advising entrepreneurs, mid-market corporates, and private equity firms on transactions for over 20 years. He coordinates the global Business Services sector group and leads the UK team. He has a focus on Professional Services and consulting, Testing, Inspection & Certification, HR services, and Tech-enabled Support Services. Richard graduated in French and German from Cambridge University before qualifying as a chartered accountant at RSM Robson Rhodes and working in their London and Paris lead advisory team for eight years.
