Bio

Oriane brings 18 years of experience in mid-cap M&A. She joined Alantra in 2015 as a co-founder of the Paris office, which she contributed to grow from 3 to 50 finance professionals. Over her career, Oriane advised more than 70 transactions across many sectors and developed a strong specialization in tech, food and nutrition. She has an extensive experience of successfully supporting entrepreneurs, families, private equity firms and corporates in their sell-side and buy-side transactions. Prior to Alantra, Oriane worked for 9 years with goetzpartners. Oriane leads the Tech practice of the Paris office of Alantra and is part of the global tech team of Alantra. Aside from her deal responsibilities, Oriane is also in charge of human capital management for Alantra France. Oriane graduated from EM Lyon and the Stockholm School of Economics.
