Miguel Hernández Bio

Miguel Hernández is Managing Partner and CEO of Alantra’s Investment Banking division. He began his professional career with AB Asesores, as part of the mergers and acquisitions team, and later worked in the investment banking area at Morgan Stanley, joining Alantra in 2000. Mr. Hernández has an extensive track-record in M&A transactions in Spain and cross border, both on the sell and buy-sides, especially in real estate, and also in the industrial and consumer sectors. Mr. Hernández has an extensive knowledge of financial institutions and national and international institutional investors in Real Estate, having collaborated, among others with: Värde Partners, Kennedy Wilson, Cerberus, BBVA, Santander, Lonestar, BMN, Ibercaja, Catalunya Banc, Baupost, etc. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from CUNEF.
