Lodewijk Sodderland Bio

Lodewijk Sodderland has over 25 years of investment banking experience, advising on (cross-border) M&A and ECM transactions for corporates, private equity funds and entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Alantra in 2016, he was Managing Director at ABN AMRO, amongst others as head of the TMT team. Before that, he worked at Fortis and MeesPierson. Lodewijk has a master’s degree in law from Leiden University and executive education from INSEAD and Vlerick Business School.
