Andy Currie Bio

Andy is a Partner of Alantra’s UK investment banking division. In 1998 he founded Catalyst Corporate Finance, which over 20 years grew to become one of the leading corporate finance advisory firms to the UK mid-market. Andy led the merger of Catalyst Corporate Finance with Alantra in 2017. Andy’s time is spent predominantly with clients, both leading and working alongside other Alantra partners in the delivery of our services. He focuses on the professional services and industrials sectors, as well as advising private equity, bank consortia and other complex shareholder structures. A graduate of Leicester University, Andy qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PwC).
