Bio

Simon is a partner with over 20 years of commercial and M&A experience gained within industry and professional services. He is a member of the Consumer sector team and, as an expert on the UK food and beverage industry, leads the food and beverage team in the UK. Simon is the author of the Alantra Food & Beverage Fast 50. A chemical engineering graduate from Cambridge University, Simon joined United Biscuits and worked at several of its food manufacturing sites in various financial roles before moving into a central M&A role.
