Michael Lenoce is a Managing Director in the Technology Group based in Boston. He has advised on numerous M&A advisory, equity and debt transactions for many leading technology and telecom clients. Michael has over 20 years of investment banking experience working with Enterprise Software & IT Services companies, with particular expertise in Managed Services, Public Cloud and Communication software/IoT sectors. He speaks twice a year at the IoT Evolution conference on M&A and investment trends in the IoT Sector. In-depth sector knowledge, deep industry relationships, outstanding execution as well as constant deal flow have been key for Michael to achieve exceptional results for clients. Most recently Michael led the Technology Investment Banking group at MVP Capital which had a record year in 2019, advising on 8 transactions totaling over $830 Million in transaction value. Michael began his investment banking career at CIBC World Markets where he worked in the Equity Capital Markets group, structuring and marketing IPO and follow-on equity issuances, and the Mergers & Acquisitions group, where he was responsible for executing transactions primarily in the TMT sector. In 2006 he joined the U.S. Technology & Telecommunications group at CIBC/Oppenheimer and worked on numerous advisory, equity and debt transactions for many leading technology and telecom clients including Avid Technology, Bell Canada Enterprises, IBM, magicJack, MiX Telematics, RingCentral, Secure-24, Telx, Telular, Windstream and Zayo. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts from Huron College at The University of Western Ontario, attended the Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting Program at McGill University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
