Kurt Rüegg has executed numerous transactions for Swiss mid-caps such as Arbonia Forster Group, Forbo, Geberit, Implenia, RUAG, Stadler Rail and many others. His vast experience includes financing as well as M&A advisory with special expertise in the defense of listed companies. Prior to founding Swiss Capital, Mr. Rüegg has been working for 13 years in various executive positions in the UBS Investment Banking division in Switzerland, England, the Nordics and Germany. Mr. Rüegg is a Board Member of several companies, among them Stadler Rail Group and the Cantonal Bank of St. Gallen. He qualified as a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration in 1985 from the University of Applied Sciences in Bern.
