Kelemen Papp is a Managing Director based in the Boston office. Kelemen joined Alantra in 2018 as part of the acquisition of Inertia Advisors to help expand the firm’s TMT practice. Kelemen has more than 13 years Investment Banking experience in Tech, where he has executed a number of capital raises, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, divestitures, debt restructurings and strategic advisory mandates. Kelemen received a B.B.A. in Information Technology from the College of William & Mary and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
