Florian is Partner of Alantra France Corporate Finance. Florian has 15 years of M&A experience in various sectors such as Industrials, Aerospace and Defense, Healthcare and Care Services and Transport & Logistics. He has advised entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity firms on more than 50 domestic and cross-border transactions. Before joining Alantra, Florian worked for Oddo Corporate Finance and HSBC. Florian is graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) and holds a Specialized Master in Finance and Strategy from HEC.
