Mr. Ciriza is a renowned banker specialised in infrastructure and energy transactions having 22 years of investment banking experience to the role. Before launching his own investment boutique in 2019, Mr. Ciriza founded and led Evercore’s Iberian operations for 7 years as Managing Director. He has successfully advised on transactions worth over €150bn including M&A, sales, acquisitions, restructurings, IPOs, debt issuances and debt and equity advisory. César Ciriza holds a Degree in Law as well as a Degree in Business Administration from the University Pontificia Comillas (Spain).
