Andre Pereira-Ambrosio is currently a Managing Director and the Head of ECM for Iberia at Alantra. Before Alantra, Mr. Pereira-Ambrosio was a Managing Director at JB Capital Markets where he led the firm’s ECM practice. He is a qualified professional and he brings over 15 years of investment banking experience to the role. He has successfully advised on more than 30 transactions worth over €15bn, including IPOs, capital increases, ABBs, M&A, and DCM deals. Prior to Alantra and JB Capital Markets, he worked as an investment banking coverage banker for Bradesco BBI in Brazil and, before that, as an investment banking associate in UBS based in Madrid. André Pereira-Ambrosio holds an economics degree from the University Nova de Lisboa (Portugal).
