Karen (Huiyun) Mu Bio

As a Managing Director at A.G.P., Karen Mu leads the firm’s Asia Investment Banking business. Karen has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and private equity in the small and mid-cap sectors. Throughout her career, Karen has specialized in SPAC transactions, foreign listings, cross-border M&A deals, secondary financing, and institutional sales. Most recently, in early 2023, Karen joined Alliance Global Partners as Head of the Asia region, where she leads investment banking activities covering market access, M&A, primary & secondary market, and post-IPO services such as registered direct offering, PIPE, and at the market (ATM) trading. Karen is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and received her MBA degree from University of Maryland. Karen holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations.
