Zachary Hirsch co-leads the firm’s Healthcare Investment Banking practice at A.G.P. Zack has more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and capital raising in the small and mid-cap sectors. His transactional experience spans a broad range of products and industries having raised in excess of $7.0 billion on more than 1,500 transactions. Throughout his career, Zack has led and executed on transactions in a vast array of products across the Equity Capital Markets including IPOs, Follow-ons, Registered Directs, CMPOs, PIPEs, ATMs, SPACs, and cross-border transactions. Additionally, Zack has led numerous M&A and Fairness Opinion Assignments for A.G.P. Zack joined Alliance Global Partners at inception, where he has focused on the Healthcare space but has provided access to the capital markets for companies in many other industries including Consumer Products, Technology, EV and more. Zack is an alumnus of University of Miami where he also received his MBA. Zack holds FINRA Series 79, 62 and 63 registrations.
