Phillip Michals is CEO/Executive Chairman of A.G.P. and is responsible for assisting with developing and executing the A.G.P. overall business goals. Phil has been a partner in RG MICHALS since 1999 and affiliated with an independent firm from 2010-2018. His responsibilities were primarily in business development, where the channel added approximately $4 billion of assets onto the platform during that time. Phil has rejoined the Board of Directors of Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOAN) in 2019, which is a publicly traded REIT. He was previously on the board from 1999 to 2014. He also serves on the company’s audit, nominee, corporate governance committees . Phil was also a partner for over 10 years at MSCI, an advisory/consulting firm that consulted for Member firms of NYSE and FINRA. Phil currently has his Series 7, 63, 24, 99, and 65 licenses and received his Bachelor of Science from University of Delaware.
