Orit Wolkin joined A.G.P. in 2018 to execute the bank’s strategy to capture Israel’s lucrative investment opportunities in Life Science, Technology, (Renewable) Energy, Consumer Goods, and Food Tech. Under Orit’s direction, A.G.P. has become a leading and trusted banking partner to Israel ‘s promising small-mid cap issuers. Orit and her team have led multiple cross-border transactions including Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Funding on NYSE and NASDAQ, PIPES, and Dual Listing from TASE to NYSE/NASDAQ. A.G.P.’s Israel focus has seen exceptional growth from repeat and new clients. The team has also developed a network of close relationships with Israeli institutional funds and provided foreign investment opportunities on NASDAQ and NYSE. The ability to identify early-growth situations has translated to multiple exits for investors. Orit spent 15 years prior to joining A.G.P. in senior roles in strategic finance and strategic consulting for Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, AMS-CGI. Orit gradated Tel Aviv University with a BA in Economics and Management (Cum Laude), MA in Philosophy and Digital Studies (Cum Laude) , and an MA in Arts Multidisciplinary. She also earned an MBA from the University of Rochester. Orit holds a FINRA Series 79 registration.
