James Kirsch Leads Technology and Co-Leads Consumer Investment Banking at A.G.P. Since 2020, Mr. Kirsch has been the Lead Manager, Co-Manager or Syndicate member on over 20 transactions, totaling over $2.5 Billion in capital markets transactions. Additionally, Mr. Kirsch has been active in numerous M&A transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets and operating businesses, as well as public company mergers. During Mr. Kirsch’s extensive career, he has served as a CEO, Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of a Nasdaq listed company. Mr. Kirsch served three terms as a City Councilman, Chairman of the Finance Committee and Mayor Pro-Temp of the City of Highland Park, Illinois. Mr. Kirsch Graduated with academic honors with a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
