David co-founded AGP in early 2018 and has led the organization to excel as a market leader in the small-cap and middle market sector. The team has facilitated hundreds of capital markets & merger/acquisition transactions, aggregating billions of dollars of total proceeds. Corporate leaders call upon David to solve the most complex issues. He has demonstrated his creativity and vast technical knowledge to achieve success for corporate clients in multiple jurisdictions. He has legacy experience in senior leadership roles throughout the course of his career, and his expertise piggybacks on his extensive knowledge surrounding “deal placement” as well as “deal making.” David spearheaded the organization’s international expansion, industry sector diversification, and additional banking and capital markets product verticals. He is co-founder and director of A.G.P. Canada. The Bocchi Family Charitable Foundation is an active participant and donor in many charitable organizations including Covenant House, Children’s Aid Society, City Meals on Wheels, World Central Kitchen, and Toys for Tots. David is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Boston University Questrom School of Business (B.S.B.A., magna cum laude). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Covenant House New York, and on the Dean’s Advisory Board for Boston University Questrom School of Business. David holds the Series 24, 63 and 7 licenses as well as the Canadian Securities Institute Qualification for Partners, Directors, and Senior Officers.
