Zach is a Vice President at AGC Partners based out of the firm’s New York office. In his 5 years at AGC, Zach has advised on 20+ closed transactions valued at over $2B, ranging from sell-side M&A to equity financings. Zach has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within the technology landscape, having spent most of his time in PropTech, Digital Media / Marketing, Vertical Software, HCIT, and Cybersecurity. Zach holds a B.S in Hotel Administration from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, where he also received a minor in Information Science from the College of Engineering.
