Bio

Tristan has over 15 years of sector-specific investment banking experience, including Tech-Enabled Services, SaaS, and Cloud Technologies. He has completed more than 50 M&A and capital raising transactions, totaling more than $5 billion in enterprise value. Tristan started his banking career at Merrill Lynch where he worked as an Analyst in their Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group. Most recently, Tristan was the Co-Head of Intrepid Investment Bankers’ Software & Services practice in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Intrepid, Tristan served as Vice President and Co-Head of C.W. Downer & Co.’s Technology, Media, and Interactive Services investment banking practice. Tristan holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, where he graduated with Dean’s List honors.
