Tristan Hanley Bio

Tristan is a Vice President at AGC Partners based out of the firm’s Boston office. During his time at AGC, Tristan has advised on 15+ closed sell-side M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors including Vertical Software, Data / Analytics, HCIT, and PropTech. Prior to AGC, he spent 2 years at a technology-focused investment bank in Southern California. Tristan holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting, Cum Laude, from University of San Diego where he was also a member of the men’s rowing team.
