Bio

Sean is a Managing Director in AGC Partners’ London office. He focuses on Software, Internet of Things and Mobility technologies in Europe. Sean has advised on transactions that range from sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates to debt and equity recapitalizations. He has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within technology, including Fintech, IoT, Security, Gaming and Vertical Software. Prior to joining AGC, Sean worked in the Financial Services Office at Ernst and Young where he focused on advisory services for private equity clients. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College and a Masters in Accounting from Olin Graduate School of Business.
