Logan Atkins Bio

Logan is a Vice President with AGC Partners out of the Firm’s New York office. Logan has 5 years of experience in technology focused investment banking having joined AGC as an Analyst. Logan has advised on over 20 closed transactions, ranging from sell-side M&A to equity and debt financings. Logan has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within the technology landscape and currently focuses on Cloud/Application Infrastructure, HCIT, GRC, and other Vertical Software / SaaS applications. Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University.
