Jonathan, a Partner at AGC Partners, has over 13 years of experience in investment banking and investment management where he has provided strategic advice to a wide range of public and private companies in the real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure industries. He previously co-founded the seasonal leisure practice at Moelis & Company, which he helped to grow into the Wall Street leading franchise for Ski Resorts and Golf. Jonathan’s clients have consisted of operating companies, property owners and technology providers in areas including marketplace technologies, revenue management, digital marketing platforms, property management systems, virtual reality implementation and construction technology. Prior to Moelis, he held a role as Director of Real Estate Capital Markets at Harbor Platform, Inc. a real estate focused blockchain venture. Most recently, Jonathan was a founding partner of Mirror Lake Capital Partners, an independent advisory firm focused on real estate companies. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has executed over 20 strategic transactions for clients having an aggregate value of over $12 billion. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and earned his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University where he graduated with distinction.
