John Tinkham Bio

John is a Partner in AGC’s Chicago office. John joined the firm in 2013 and covers HCIT, Life Sciences Technology, Energy and Industrial Tech, the Built Ecosystem, and Cybersecurity. He has advised on over 30 closed transactions that range from sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates to equity financings. Prior to joining AGC, John worked in public finance at the City of Chicago Treasurer’s office. John holds a BA in Economics from Colgate University, where he was a member of the football team, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
