Joe is a Managing Director based in AGC Partners’ London office, focusing on software transactions across Europe. Joe has over 12years of experience working with founder-led and sponsor-backed enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies in Europe. Joe’s completed transactions span various sub-sectors, including C-Suite, Infrastructure Software, Vertical SaaS, HCIT and MarTech. Prior to joining AGC, Joe was a Director at GP Bullhound where he led engagements in the software and digital services areas. Joe is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds an MSc in Finance and a BA in Economics from Durham University.
