Doug Hurst Bio

Doug is a Partner at AGC and heads the firm’s New York office. He works extensively in B2B enterprise SaaS including workflow automation, office of the CFO, and workforce management solutions. Doug is a 35-year veteran banker having completed over 200 transactions. Prior to AGC, he had senior positions as a Managing Director at JP Morgan, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, and SMH Capital. He holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth) and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
