Cullen is a Vice President with AGC Partners out of the Firm’s New York office. Cullen has 5 years of experience in technology focused investment banking having joined AGC as an Analyst. Cullen has advised on over 15 closed transactions, ranging from sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates to equity financings across a broad sector base within software. Cullen received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Bentley University.
